i'm doing the same trial, just logged in and it's not appearing on mine either, i've emailed them, will let you know if i hear anything

Hi

I had the same problem with the one for the Antibacterial wipes. I called them to advise and they said it was a glitch and they put the survey back in for me.

Maybe it is worth giving them a call/email?

There are times when I give my opinion I find it hard to write anything positive or negative about the product. They don't like short sentences so what do you do?
Any suggestions?
Like the cat food I just had. My cat wouldn't eat one of the samples and they asked what positive over all opinion I had. I couldn't think of anything to write... so I ended up writing "I got no positive opinion on this product"
Is it just me that struggles sometimes?

If i dont like the product i find it very hard to write something positive about it. Dont worry i struggle to at least we are being honest.

For anybody waiting on the value baby bath trial that should have already started, I've received the following reply from home panel today:

The trial is still going ahead but we have had an absolute nightmare with getting hold of the right samples, there have been numerous unforeseeable issues. You should be receiving them early next week but we will email you to let you know when they have been dispatched. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

Just had an email saying I've been accepted for the tinned dog food trial - despite declining it by explaining my dog only has dried food. Have emailed them to repeat this and ask not to be blacklisted as can't use the sample and reminded them that I did tell them that previously. Anyone had similar experience with them not listening?
