I did update them of the change of provider in January, they didn't update it! However I didn't allow for my childminders holidays which will make the estimate I gave them wrong which I am worried about

Just an update , I called concentrix and they are surprisingly easy to deal with. Explained the situation with hmrc not updating my records and they said just pop it in a cover letter with evidence of the payments you have made. They said that even though the letter says to include a whole years worth of bank statments!!! That is not necessary
  • Thanks, ive spent 2 hours today printing bank statements, photocopying invoices and written a full explanation of how I worked out my estimates and why they differ slightly.

Two weeks I had time off so didn't use care and two weeks I used a none Ofsted fun club. So will be liable to pay 4 weeks back.

But the other 10 weeks are there!
I also written explanation as to my future childcare and that I still wish to claim for 2015-2016 the same 14 weeks a year over the 12 months

Think its more aimed at stigmatising people in to stopping claiming .
It's getting roped in with benefit scrounging for purposes of stigma.

One thing is for certain and I stand by this prediction, it is the place where this "benefits cuts" is going to come from, there is nowhere else for it to cut from.

Incidently they are to introduce fast track laws to make striking virtually impossible.
One can not fail to see the storm on the horizon here for poor paid workers.
Many of which will have fallen for the spin and like turkeys at Christmas went out and voted for them.

Hate to say it marktheshark but I think your right. Tories making the poor poorer. Zero hour contracts and a pittance of a wage even for skilled workers, with soaring rents and childcare costs. Makes it impossible for the average person to live without some form of benefit reflief, just to be labeled a 'scrounger'

Indeed and the benefits they get are looking very likely for the chop.
I can see a lot of people indeed are going to be very sorry they voted them in, very very sorry indeed.

Completely agree, now I know none of the candidates were particularly trustworthy but the Tories?! What were people thinking. With shows like 'benefits street' and 'Jeremy Kyle' propaganda is at a all time high while these mps live off huge bonus'. People don't realise that most people who recieve some kind of benefit actually work!! But that they are on minimum wage and their rental price has doubled in the last 3 years!! Our country is a disgrace.
  • Hi I've also had a letter investigating childcare, wondering whether anyone got theirs sorted quite quickly or is it still ongoing? Thanks
