Letter received out of the blue from TNC Parking Services demanding £210

No, you've missed the chance to appeal. I deal with Armtrac daily. A strong letter with a list of legal reasons why their claim would fail in the unlikely event of them making one does the job. Those legal reasons are outlined in my previous thread.
TNC would have used a trace service to find you. You can have fun with the stooge whose reading from a script trying to earn his £10 or £15 commission.
All you say to him/her is 'the debt is denied ,refer it back to your clients' to everything they say.......endlessly. Once they realise youre not going to pay they'll try elsewhere.
You could block the number or alternatively tell them youre not headintheclouds but you'll go and get him and then leave the phone next to a tv and go about your business.
The letters will appear from time to time with various discounts and varying amounts of red ink, file and ignore.0 -
Thanks captain.
I will send my letter to TNC and await my next phone call, although I hope I've blocked it....if I've learnt the right bit on my phone :-)0 -
To clarify youre only telling TNC that the debt is denied, refer it back to your client. Short and sweet.0
