Whatever MSE says, don't try and buy currency at the moment from any provider who uses Travelex!
I have an order placed 31st Dec 19 with Tescobank due for delivery today; it hasn't come. I've phoned Tesco four times and have, at last, been told that the Travelex system has been down worldwide with a virus and they don't know when it will be back up or whether they have a record of my order - despite the fact that they've taken my money!
It's an utter shambles.0 -
I tried to order some euros from Tesco earlier today, but was met with the message that their online service was down. No mention of why, though. I assume it's related to the Travelex issue.0

Was it not the case that the HSBC Premier Debit card allowed charge-free ATM withdrawals from overseas HSBC ATMs?
Right now the features seem to imply that the cash fee won't be charged on (ANY) overseas ATMs, but the transaction/conversion fee will be charged on (ALL) overseas ATMs (including HSBC ATMs).
Anyone know different from recent experience?
