SKY + box playing up - pay for an engineer

its a sky + 2tb hd box , a year old
So it's a Sky branded Amstrad DRX895. This one:-

Note that Sky never send an "engineer". They send an installer. I mention this in case other readers think that they'll get an "engineer" to carry out a repair. All an installer can do is swap things (Digibox, LNB, cable, dish.)
