I would get in touch with Virgin and ask for the number to be changed.
When we first moved into our house 20 years ago we were plagued with calls to an Escort agency:eek: and some were very abusive when I told them that this was a private number :mad: so we contacted BT and went ex directory.
We changed to Sky last year and just before Christmas we got a phone call from VERY asking for someone and I told them that there was no one here of that name, they put me through to a lovely man in their fraud department and he told me that they had cancelled this persons account because our address did not tally with the details they had.
It is really annoyingBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I've had the same thing with my mobile number, always looking for "Jeff" or "Geoff". Me, being an almost-30 year old female, they tend to believe me when I say that I'm not him. The automated PPI calls are getting annoying though."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

Never had any problems such as this until I got my missus and son a mobile contract with Virgin, and my LL is with Virgin and since then we have had dozens of PPI, injury claim calls. Obviously Virgin sell their customer lists as there is no other explanation. :cool:0

Get a call blocker. We've had one for a while now, it's been a godsend.0
