sfsb, I am sorry they agreed with the store manager. As others have said I hope you can find a way around this. Please stick around and say hi from time to time when you can.

Maybe you should just have place names for your table and let everyone sort themselves out on the day? You shouldn't have to worry about where people sit. Everything always has to be tainted with worry doesn't it? They are all lucky they gave a party to go to I think.

I did this sort of at dh 50th. Hth xx

Please can I ask does anyone have Morrisons semi skim milk 4 pints £1 in the fridge and if so please do you have the full barcode - I thought there was last weeks milk bottle still in the recycling basket but sadly not :(

Is this the correct one for Shopotize ?

I've been stuck on a total on my match and more points for weeks, just short of the total for the next voucher, 400 points. My Morrisons stores, both of them are so scrubbed clean they never have wombles and the ones they do have are ones where the points are already on a card :(

Yesterday though I liberated 4 very long receipes and I had high hopes but sadly no. One was for £206 but they must have found their card on the way out as there is a little scribble on the number- 2090 points would have sorted me out :)

But it did have Jaffa cakes on for 25p Shopotize :j so I had to fetch the wrapper from the cardboard recycling bin to scan the code. It also has milk so not too bad - if a kind person had the barcode :)

    Evening all..

Well, I'm afraid it is a very sad day for me today..:(:(

I finally got to speak to Asda Head Office and they have confirmed that I am no longer allowed to use any apg vouchers in my local store.

My attempt to be friendly with the SAs and get them onside has spectacularly backfired, to the extent that one (or some) of them have told the till manager what it is that I do and she has told head office who have backed up her decision.

It has been an awesome ride and I thank you all for it. From where I first started as a member of the Paid To Shop forum a few years ago to the 11+ on here. From day 1 of the crazy Tosco DTD fiasco and the £100 vouchers, to the Tosco H&B points coupons, even the Tesco car vouchers..:D

Then, on to Henlans' favourite in A where he made over £8500 in a few weeks to what we all enjoy now. I must have saved thousands over the years and I thank the elite for making it all possible..:D

I'd like to say that I will stay on and carry on trying to find glitches, however I much prefer instore ones and now that the incentive has been taken away it'll be hard to get myself motivated.

I will try to keep looking, however I have a feeling that this might be adieu for now and I hope that I will return one day in the future.

Take care one and all and thanks again, it has been a blast..:beer:

Sorry to hear this news. It may give all of us a reminder that A do notice regulars (normally a positive, but not in this case) so perhaps less often, lower value apgs are the way forward.

It could be worse, they could have banned you from shopping there too. As you can shop, you can still potentially generate apgs and unless there is an all store bulletin  you could then spend in another store (assuming there are others near to you).

Multiple shops generating high value apgs (even abiding by the "rules" of 10 shops/£100) may be getting noticed more so worth us all slowing down a bit. I sometimes forget I have nearly a month to spend the vouchers, so probably need to spread them out a bit across different stores and over time. I know, easier said than done when there is a good run of glitches which we have had recently.

    Hi,
    I have a large-ish APG of 10.50, am i best doing a C+C?
    Will it still need authorising?
Haven't done a c+C before so would appreciate some guidance,
    Many thanks!

I havnt had many problems at all with vouchers even if odd time over £10. Pick a student type. Hth xx

    • Asda Price Guarantee comparisons are based on prices correct as of date of delivery (online shoppers) or date of purchase (in store customers).
    • Where a product comparison price is N/A, either, a) the independent agencies that collect the price data have not found an equivalent product at the named competitor, based on the comparison criteria (see Terms & Conditions) ; or b) the product is part of a particular promotion which makes it difficult for a fair comparison to be made (see Terms & Conditions).
    • Comparisons are limited to a maximum of 10 items per product and 10Kg for items sold by weight.
    • All prices displayed in red are net of any multibuys savings or discounts. For example items that are £1.47 each which are part of a "2 for £2.50" promotion will be shown at £1.25 each where the customer buys the required quantity. They may therefore be a different price to that shown on your receipt or delivery note.
    • Any items of George clothing or Home and Leisure items are excluded from this comparison.
