Morning everyone - mia yesterday as had a double shift at museum Vol Job and my back is still awful so I've given in and going to physio today - therefore having to do split shift at ch shop to fit it in!!
Welcome Mav - it's a lovely group here. I have just started kondo- ing and it is making a huge difference to how I feel about stuff. I managed to clear loads of important phone calls and emails I had been prevaricating over for months on Tuesday afternoon and I really feel as if I am on a roll - in spite of the back!! Sure it is down to kondo!
Can't wait to get home this afternoon and do more as if the weather is fine we may do a final car boot on Sat.
I took three bags of my too big clothes to SW on Tuesday for their collection for Cancer Research - we had a brilliant collection - and I lost a lb too!
Hope everyone is OK and hugs sticks and spoons to those needing them x
PS I haven't got a wedding hat but they have some little fascinators in Home Bags!!!July 16 £95/£200

DD1's boyfriend and I took her chameleon (Kiwi) to the vet yesterday and what a waste of time that was. When I phoned to make the appointment I asked if they treat Chameleons and was assured that they do. We get there to find that neither of the vets on duty have any knowledge on reptiles!!  The vet we saw refunded us the consultation fee and sold us some standard liquid antibiotics. We're going to see if they work if not we'll be traveling to Dover to a specialist vet (DD1's boyfriend took his there before, but DD1 wouldn't listen to me when I said we should go there  )
DD1 said her and boyfriend will be coming to do the garden for me at the weekend, if the weathers dry :j
I'm taking my parents shopping this morning then I'll be back to my lists. I need to go to the post office as well to pay my rent.
I was meant to see a friend yesterday but they cancelled on meI'm hoping they'll contact today but I'm not chasing them.

Meter man got here early!!! Happily I was dressed although the children weren't lol. DS sent to pal up the road to go to school with them.
Said meter man asked to go to the loo. DS went to clean his teeth after and came running out holding his nose  so we'll use the upstairs loo till he's gone then I'll don my rubber gloves - yikes. Bathrooms need doing anyway.
