Courier Company Drama

  • Just like to mention Home Delivery Network who's driver pushed a card through the letterbox this morning, no one at home and not expecting delivery until Monday, with "parcel under car" written thereon.
The car and the parcel - a laptop computer - were still there fortunately. Don't know who the car belonged to, it was only parked in front of house!!

I'm a bit confused, you say they tried to deliver but you weren't there to accept it, but i presume you ordered something to be delivered so you must've expected it to arrive at some point? Normally if it was purchased online you would get a tracking number which tells you what day to expect delivery??

  • Its dragging on because you have no claim

    1) Unless you were couriering an item to yourself which is I think unlikely you are not the client therefore you have no contract with the courier or claim

    2) You never called to confirm etc, if you had you might have had a leg to stand on

    3) their will be limitations on the terms etc

If you insist on wasting cash and time on this I hope your held liable for all costs
