Of you can't see it I can't help it

In the big wide world (life outside eBay) someone can come into your shop to buy a kettle and if you do not like their attitude you can tell them to take a running jump and if you can not see why a seller has that right then you do indeed have a problem

It is a legal right because it is a moral right

And hence should be upheld and enforced by eBay
Not entirely sure what you're going on about here.

You said "Its morally and legally wrong to make me deal with this (or any) jerk so why do eBay insist.
You want to sell stuff, you have to deal with customers, good and bad. There isn't anything to stop you telling the customer to go away, it may have a detrimental effect on your Ebay account but if you can't handle the odd bad customer you probably shouldn't be selling anyway.

Considering you claim to be some sort of mega seller who knows more about the law and seller rights than we all do it seems extraordinary that you don't seem to know as much about eBay as a new user.

You have asked this question before and didn't like the responses you got then, nothing has changed on eBay since then.

NPB or risk a mutual, up to you. I assume you were joking when you said you don't know what a defect is- for most sellers that is something that they are always checking for.

    No you do Not!!!

That's where you seem to be struggling

Morally you do not have to deal with people if you do not want to

This "right" is reflected in law

Read up on it one time

Then you see why it should be reflected on eBay

Never made such a claim and you making such a claim suggests you need a reason to be bitter and quite prepared to make one up if nessesary

I quite clearly know more about the law because it reflects the difference between right and wrong and often gob smacked by ebayers that know more about eBay policy than right and wrong

Well it should not suprise you that I know more about right and wrong than ebay policy because every living sole should for blindingly obvious reasons

    Where?
    What law is this?

I'm happy to read up on it, all I need to do is be pointed in the direction of its existence.

As far as this sentence goes "Morally you do not have to deal with people if you do not want to", tell that to the bigoted B&B owners who have been prosecuted.

Of course, but if you feel like that maybe ebay is not for you. You will be selling to strangers some of whom you may not like. You can easily avoid this problem!

It's conspicuous by its absence as is the law insisting you catch a number 7 bus on Thursdays
If someone comes in your shop to buy a kettle and you do not like them you can tell them to shove it

Repeated so hopefully you will understand that basic principle of "both" parties have to "agree" to form "an agreement" in law

You are not allowed to discriminate against people just based "solely" on any legally protected characteristic including
    Race
    Religion
    Gender
    Sexual orientation
    Age
    Not exclusive

If you want to know more you can read Equality act 2010

Because I don't have time to go into it at lengthlength

But equally I do not need to even read the article to know for a fact they must have been guilty of the above breech in the law

Without trying to work out what you are going on about regarding immoral and illegal, I'd suggest you have fundamentally misunderstood how Ebay works and may be better off putting a table up outside your house.
You could perhaps use a sign "Goods for sale" on one side and "Go away" on the other:p

Nope - is eBay that need to wise up and conform to same morality and legality

If you don't understand why then I can't help it

Go on then - humour us - point out the law that makes it illegal for you to have to deal with this person!!

You don't half post some rubbish!
