Please can you expand on "robbers, scammers and pigs"? You sound a little paranoid if I'm honest!

Not paranoid it's just I've been around a long time, I am oober experienced in life and people and I can literally smell a bad deal and this is one

    Their feedback speaks volumes

Hence I would just prefer not to *have* to deal with them (newbies with less than 1000 feedback) and should be allowed to filter them out

There millions of sellers that would like their business but im not one

I should be allowed to choo.se who I deal with

You can choose who you deal with. You just can't do it with absolutely no come back - either complete the deal or cancel the sale and take the defect. You do have the choice, you just don't like what comes along with it. I can't say I like it either but when you sign up to eBay, that's what you agree to.

    What's a defect?

I might have to take a hit

Why? If a buyer doesn't pay, just open an unpaid item case. Simples.

As I keep repeating, negative feedback is for selling NOT buying,so not sure this is really relevant in your situation.

What's your main complaint here? People not paying?

Its morally and legally wrong to make me deal with this (or any) jerk so why do eBay insist
I think you might have overstated that, I think you mean "a bit annoying", there's nothing illegal or immoral I can see.

Strewth! remove all people with less than 1000 feedback!!!! That would eliminate 90% of all buyers! I've been on Ebay since it started and I have only got around 800 feedback without a single negative. I buy and sell now and again and I would feel most annoyed if i was 'blocked' for being a so-called "newbie".

What's your main complaint here? People not paying?

Last thing I want them to do is pay
Because then I have to deal with the oncoming train wreck
I don't want to sell them at all

Of you can't see it I can't help it

In the big wide world (life outside eBay) someone can come into your shop to buy a kettle and if you do not like their attitude you can tell them to take a running jump and if you can not see why a seller has that right then you do indeed have a problem

It is a legal right because it is a moral right

And hence should be upheld and enforced by eBay

    Here we go

(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) within seconds of her winning bid and she stool had not paid and I'm not sure whether to thank the lordi won't have to deal with the free loader

I don't want to put in a none paying bidder because she might then pay and that's the last thing I need

Anyone know how I can get out of this deal and just get on with my life?
