Topps Tiles Wrong Grout

Hi all
I bought a bag of Topps Tiles own Jasmine grout for when my kitchen was being retiled. After the kitchen tiles were done I then decided to have the top row of the kitchen tiles replaced and redone to fit a trim as well as the utility room doing too.
I didnt have enough of the grout left so went back and bought another bag. The tiler redid the top row and then did all of the utility room with the new bag.
A couple of weeks later I have noticed that the grout hasnt dried the same colour as the tiles below. I have since checked both bags of grout and although they are both packaged as jasmine the BOM printed details down the side of the bag show one is jasmine and one is in fact limestone hence why there is two different colours.
If i put a spoonful of each on a white piece of paper you can see the colour difference and I intend to go back to the shop tomorrow but wondered what i can expect to get from them?
I am happy for the utility room to stay as it is but I am not happy with the one wall in the kitchen where the grout for the top row is different to the rest. Ideally i need the grout removing and redoing with the original bag.
Can i expect the store to rectify this for me at their expense?
I bought two bags of jasmine and expected two bags of jasmine.
Thanks

Probably a free bag of grout and a a grout rake at best!0

The annoying thing is I have purchased their items and paid someone to do it and now I have a mismatch colour of grout.0

But Grout isn't made out of Jasmine.
It's made out of materials such as Limestone, Granite, Glass, Ceramic, Mosaic, Travertine, Slate, Porcelain, Marble, a variety of such.
Pretty sure Jasmine is just the colour, as such different products can have different ingredients.
You should have been more careful about what items you purchased to ensure they were the same.0 -
Not sure what you mean? Two bags of Topps Tiles "Jasmine" grout from their shelf. Both in same packaging both with Jasmine written across it. Both different colours, how else other than asking them to open the bags in the store could I have made sure?
If i buy two tins of magnolia dulux paint i dont expect one to be a different shade to the other? Or do i have to open both tins in the store just to be sure??0 -
If it's the same as paint, when buying 2 tins of the same shade you should always check the batch number, as different batches can have slightly different shades, so with your Dulux magnolia they could be different colours. This may be the case with your grout.0

They werent bought at the same time. They were purchased a week or two a part.0

I will see what they say tomorrow.0

If they were purchased separately, they might well have been different batches.
Not sure if grout has a batch number as I've never done it, but bought plenty of paint and always made a note of the number in case I've had to go back and get some more.0 -
when did you buy the first bag and the second?0

They were purchased a week before. I hadnt ever bought grout before these two bags. It is not just a case of the batches being different the wrong product is in one of the bags. One of them is their limestone variety in a jasmine bag which is the problem.
The top row of tiles was redone a couple of weeks later with the new bag but the grout powder in that bag is a slightly darker shade so after drying is noticeable.
My point is the actual product was in the wrong bag a bit like ready salted crisps being in a pack of salt and vinegar branded bag of crisps. (Apologies for the poor example).0
