eBay & PayPal To Split Up

People make decisions based on how things work for them, I have intellectual property on Google, Facebook and Twitter, some of which could have some value. On balance I don't believe that that is at risk irrespective of what their user agreements say and the benefits of having it on there outweighs the possible negatives.kheemonahs wrote: »
With regards to your last remark in the above reply, look through recent history, when customers get dissatisfied they walk resulting with the largest of companies going down the pan!
I can't see any of those companies "going down the pan" any time soon.
Even legally most agreements are taken with a pinch of salt, companies can put what they like but if they go against the law it's irrelevant. I believe that the laws pertaining to IP cover my use of these companies..0 -

There won't be any noticeable difference to how it works now.ghaithabed wrote: »can a customer open a dispute with ebay and paypal at the same time once they split up? i am an ebay merchant since year 2000 and i sell swiss watches and antiques and coins and bills and dinar banknotes there so i dont know what will be the difference.
