    People make decisions based on how things work for them, I have intellectual property on Google, Facebook and Twitter, some of which could have some value. On balance I don't believe that that is at risk irrespective of what their user agreements say and the benefits of having it on there outweighs the possible negatives.
    I can't see any of those companies "going down the pan" any time soon.

    Even legally most agreements are taken with a pinch of salt, companies can put what they like but if they go against the law it's irrelevant. I believe that the laws pertaining to IP cover my use of these companies.

  • can a customer open a dispute with ebay and paypal at the same time once they split up? i am an ebay merchant since year 2000 and i sell swiss watches and antiques and coins and bills and dinar banknotes there so i dont know what will be the difference.
