Bob, I know you aren't allowed to sublet but what if you allowed someone to buy into the business (say by a minuscule amount, like 1% so you could easily buy them out if it didn't work) so they were an official partner just to satisfy the insurance company. Preferably someone that wanted to do something in the evenings or weekends (running with the soap story lines, like they used to do with the cafe in EastEnders, i.e. it opened as a bistro type affair in the evenings!) but maybe starting with weekdays too while you are on maternity leave.
    Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)

    December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.10

that is actually a very smart idea FVD. I hadn't considered it. Thank you. Now where is Ian Beales mobile number :)
But seriously I will investigate. The idea the lady who wants to do the evening classes came up with was what if I employ her member of staff but she pays them....so she pays me extra in rent to cover me paying the person. Works for me. Probably not strictly legal :)

P.S I hope your DSDs prom is a lovely occasion tonight.

    Evening DFW-Ninjas,

Hi everyone. Tiny list again today:

    The List:

    :starmod: Meals from stores.

:starmod: Turned alarm clock off at the wall throughout the day.

:starmod: Took a packed lunch. Experimented with taking less food; this didn't work I was starving long before hometime! :rotfl:

    :starmod: Checked online banking.

:starmod: OH did Royal Mail Survey.

That's all for now. Good luck on your quests, Ninjas.

    Afternoon all :)
Babysitting today, so just popping on while she is asleep

Sorry to hear about your Nan Bagpuss, hope she will be ok xx

Good luck with your plans to move Ollie :)

Bob, sorry work isn't going well atm. You do sound enthusiastic about it still when you have a busy day, but things do change over time, and new directions beckon. I lose count of the times that has happened to me over the years. I have always found that, as one door closes, another opens though. I know that is a cliche, but it has been true in my experience :) What are your plans for when the baby comes along?

Anyway, quick list or baby will be awake again:
    Done (not much)-
    Checked banks
Washing out on line (though it has been rained on at least twice - bloomin weather ) Washing now in, and I must put it on the airer in a minute. It is so cold and wet that I have put the bathroom towel thingy and the airing cupboard radiator on again :(
Dog and chickens fed and sorted out
    Played with baby :)

    Still to do:
No spending - I only have baby's stroller (not her big pushchair with the hood and rain cover) so no walk today I don't think :( I will miss out walk, and going to the park, but at least I won't be tempted to buy anything. The weather got worse if anything :(

Think of some activities to do with 17 month old - sand tray in front garden (we have gravel out there, and she likes mixing it with the sand :rotfl:) or helping me indoors with the washing up - this takes hours and we both get very wet! We did sand in the morning before it started raining, and washing up this afternoon. I think I have mopped everything up now :rotfl:

Leftover bolognese for supper tonight, which I might convert to either lasagne or chilli, not sure yet! I made lasagne, and we had it with salad and some leftover fancy bread from yesterday

Plant out sweet peas this evening if it isn't pouring down with rain. Unfortunately too wet, cold and windy to do this :(

Right, I think someone is stirring .....

Hmm not a very productive day! Must do better tomorrow :o

Ally love the comment about trying to take less food :rotfl: I think there's nothing worst than being hungry in work! I know I've nearly ate my arm off a couple of times. They only way around taking in less food is taking more starchy/filling things

Dawn corn flour and water is a great messy plat :-D but even things like cornflakes etc in a bowl are good for little ones. Feel baskets/bags are good to fill them with natural things, pinecones wood, sponges, wooden items, a metal thing etc it's great for senses and learning different textures
