    Very poor advice, I'm afraid. Citizens Advice give out very bad information regarding private parking charges. Essentially, they are using the hymn sheet provided to them by the BPA, i.e. completely biased and wrong. Ignore everything CAB tell you regarding this.

    Hi Smryn,

    If they have already given you a POPLA code (it will be a 10 digit number) you need to submit an appeal to POPLA.

    It needs to be base on the correct legal arguments.

    Please confirm if this is what you have been given.

    If so use this link - enter the POPLA numer you have been given to check what your deadline date is
