Thanks
what should I look in tenancy agreement or lease ?0 -
You need to look for a paragraph that mentions parking and any reference to your allocated spot.
Sorry to be pedantic but this is a critical well used argument in order to cancel this charge.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -

reading newby's thread as you recommend, very un-organise , nothing to be follow base of my circumstance . If I made any mistake I would pay damn ticket but this is unfair ,.0

No this is nothing to do with your landlord. It's whether the ppc has the right to issue pcns at your property.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0

I just checked my Tenancy Agreement and nothing in my agreement about car park but sorry , I don't understand what is relation between these 2
Please note each flat has dedicated bay car park with bay number and we can't park somewhere else ,0 -
If you don't feel confident about taking on these people. Take the pcn and your tenancy agreement down to your citizens advice centre and they will advise you further.
If there is no mention of the requirement to display a permit your rights as a tenant are/could be above those of the ppc and you shouldn't have to pay this unfair charge.
Don't delay though.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
