    Ah pigpen you are funny!

Well up and downstairs with small ones this morning, trying to prise my eyes open whilst making a coffee! Why these two insist on waking up at 5.30 is beyond me, it makes no difference how late they go to bed!! Anyway today, I will try and follow some of the list and try and get some bits done of my own.

I really could do with taking a couple of bits back to dun3lm mill and spending the money on paint from h0mebase, popping into the shop to get some much needed groceries, could really do with walking into the city to get May some more summer clothes, but its supposed to rain all morning, so I'm undecided! Will try and plant some more seeds, the ones for inside, and maybe get some plants.... along with all the daily things that need doing.

Right best sort some breakfast for these two! speak later

    Morning everyone

Loving it Pigpen - you do realise we want you to keep this going all week dont you??

I texted my boss last night to warn him I may not be well enough to go in today (I have an important meeting first thing). He rang me straight back and told me to stay at home. Loads of people have this flu bug at work. I moan about him at times but he was really kind!

I am sick of being in bed so I am going to gently potter. Its pouring down so OH may be late getting started and I need to make sure that I let him do anything that needs to be done. Tesco shopping coming this morning as a trip to the supermarket is out of the question and I had a money off voucher anyway.

Missymoo my DS has been an early riser since the day he was born. He must be the only 14yo in the world who gets up at 7am on a weekend even if he was on the xbox at half ten the night before.

Right, going to make said DS some breakfast and get him moving.

  • Hi everyone,

Just checking in before I go off to work, will catch up on thread later.
DW loaded, wm emptied, put away and reloaded, bathroom s&s'd, beds made, breakfast things cleared, dd's packed off to school.
Will try and do a bit from the list later, but dd2's little friend coming for a play after school (I am trying not to think about how the house looks when her mum comes to pick her up) and then we are going out for tea with family.

See you all later, have a good day x

    Morning all

School run done as DS3 needed the cricket coffin, traffic was awful so took an hour in all. Pilates this morning as I can't go Friday, said I'd drop DS2 to the station too as DH took his bike as his own had a flat tyre.

Going to do a shopping list and meal plan so I can stop at the shops after pilates. Cats have fleas so hoovering/ cat bed washing and flea treatments due today.

Slightly longer than planned but I have ironed EVERYTHING, just in the process of putting away now.
Post has been so I've dealt with junk and binned that, out of 12 letters only 4 were decent post.
Settee throws and cushions have all been straightened.
Mil rang so had to help her sort something out, ie go back through everything I'd said last night.
Not going to have time to do the mending pile this morning now but will put all ironing/folded clothes away and then sew explorers badges on.

We were the same.. Pixie was up at 2, Squeak at 3 and I don't think Dot slept at all.. we both want to curl up and die today!! We've had a trying morning with Dot, she has screamed and shrieked and yipped through most of it, she has sung some of it and spat all over.. she licked her arm for a bit then handed OH a handful of saliva and spread it over his tshirt.. she is having a good day!

I'm going to look for something to hoik in the SC for dinner.

The rain has stopped and the sun come out so I'm off to throw some laundry in so I can hang that up later.

HHC anyone while I construct lunch for these 2.??
