Am at home tomorrow and so can report I managed to bring in my lunch every day again this week. It is starting to become automatic in the morning now. Really pleased about that. Thanks all, this thread is really motivating. It may seem a small thing but actually it stops me spending £20/£25 a week on lunch in the shop and probably costs me about £5 for the week. Net saving £20 a week, keep that up for a 48 week working year and its £960. That pays for Christmas more or less. Cripes. Now that really is even more motivating.Total debt at 18.9.17 £1950

LTW number 11 today- another salad with mackerel. That's me done for the month as I'm off work next week and I only count my LTW as actually bringing my lunch into work. So, didn't reach my target this monthLetting Go NST #17

Yes marmiterules, it really is shocking and exhilarating.
As is the rate at which I'm getting my debt under control. Why didn't I work this out a few decades ago? I might not be facing an impoverished old age. Ah, but having a little light bulb moment. I am just as happy, if not more so, on a tight budget than spending cash willy nilly. Praps that poor old age won't be so bad!Total debt at 18.9.17 £1950
