Ooh I'm joining!lol
My ridiculously stupid lunch was er home made wholemeal bread and butter, and a slightly battered banana.
I'm aiming for healthy, varied, scrumptious, cheap lunches that use up all the wilting vege's and fresh produce that's getting close to it's use by date. So there will probably be some odd combo's!lol
And stopping the snacking too! x:TCC #1 = £0/£200.

Good luck!
It takes a bit of organisation. Some people cook a large evening meal and take the leftovers in for lunch, for example.
Odd combos are fine,as long as you enjoy it.0 -
LTW no. 9 for me.
We did a big food shop last night and lost a precious NSD but to my horror, I discovered this morning that I forgot to get the hams for our sandwiches. Luckily just as I was about to make scrambled eggs as sandwich fillers, I noticed a pack of shredded cheddar cheese. So for lunch I am having cheese and mayonnaise sandwich with easy peelers and banana for dessert and coffee. I had porridge and banana for breakfast.
