So, this is really embarrassing... but I've only just realised this thread existed.
I've been part of the LTW threads for the previous months, but wasn't aware that a May one was started for some reason!! Silly me.
Well, I have been counting at least- on number 9 and a target of 15.
Now I shall go and hide in a hole...

Got a bit behind with this, and been a bit lazy. Since my last posting I've bought sandwiches at work on 2 days and had a day off sick. Back toit yesterday and today, so days 4 and 5/14 have been Quinoa, butternut and feta salad, and today was a smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich....very lush....the salmon has been languishing in the freezer for a while so I thought it was time to use it up

Life has been insanely hectic, sorry for not posting more. Great to see so many people staying on track with their LTW's. I have also been doing well in that regard

6/14....not a brought to work lunch but I'm counting it anyway....I had to go to a meeting and sandwiches and fruit were supplied....works for me!
