I have been with Tiscali and PlusNet, both started well but speeds dropped dramatically. Now with Zen, more expensive, but I am getting a consistent high quality service.

I just want to thank you all so much for your advice on this... I'm really glad I posted this as to be honest I'm a complete novice! Its good to know about the 2gb bit if I'm getting a flatmate... I'm going to look into a few of the ones some of you have recommended such as fast4 and tescos etc...
