Thanks VALM for the recommendation...sounds like a daft question but what does the toner do? Does it just take off extra make-up or make the skin better in any way? I've never really used toner so wouldn't )

Toner is used to remove last traces of dirt/make up and redress skin ph balance. This one leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Sounds fab x

I also sold my Chanel Coco perfume on eBay so that's an OUT...got £50 for it as well which I was very surprised with. Having said that it's expensive stuff and I only had a few sprays of it really but that £50 has gone towards this weekends spending money so really helped me out!
Also got £70 cashback from Quidco from my car insurance so double bonus :-)

3 UU's today and one GA

    20) body shop shea body butter. It's alright but wnba even if its on sale as I've used other items that are better and cost a fraction of the price. It's decent on my actual body but not on my hands. Will buy a proper hand cream after I get into my Aveeno bottles.

    21) Urban Decay 24/7 VELVET Glide-On Eye Pencil in Plushie- Nice colour but nothing special. I won't be buying any of their eye pencils as I've not heard anything good about them and this was kinda hard (prefer my rimmel scandal eyes). I've only had it a few months and I thought it would be soft as it costs more. But wrong. It scratched my eye the last time I used it and I've got slight irritation plus the pigmentation isn't good.

    22) Chit Chat Cheek Tint- I'm kinda upset about this one because half way through the bottle I started to love it even more. Its definitely a dupe for Benefits cheek and Lip tint called Benetint (£24.50) except the chit chat one is only £1. I'm not sure where can I get Chit Chat products from as they're not a Poundland exclusive brand so only come in sometimes. I'm surely going to try the other dupe for the benefit highlighter. The cheek tint is so easily blend-able with your fingers and lasts all day giving a nice rosy tint to the cheeks which can be built up. Only thing that bothers me is near to the end(when the product is about to be finished), because the bottles are like nail varnish bottles the tip doesn't hit the bottom to get the product. I had to tip a little onto some cotton wool and then use it. I wish they had made a smaller bottle at first as this one took me ages to finish (Has an expiry of 24 months but managed to use it up in 18 months) but honestly I don't mind now it smells heavenly!

GA was a set of Bourjois eyelashes to a friend whose never tried them.

1 UU to report - avon spring garden bubble bath. WBA really does smell like you're lying in the middle of a ton of flowers. I love the scent, it makes the bathroom smell gorgeous. And it makes loads of lovely bubbles! I have another stashed away somewhere.

2 INs - new eyeline and hair treatment.

1 UU - Collection EyeLiner Pen. WNBA as I didn't like the lack of control, it went on too thick.

    UU:

Sephora Mud Mask sample - liked this. It says it's a mattifying mask so I was a bit apprehensive about using this as I have very dry skin but luckily it didn't leave my skin feeling drier than usual. Sephora's own brand isn't easy to find in the UK so I probably WNB. I still have one more sample of this in the stash.

Neutrogena Grapefruit Daily Face Scrub 150ml - my skin has been very flaky after using a peel mask last wednesday. This did a really good job of getting rid of the dead skin on my cheeks. WMBA. I have another in the stash but I'd quite like to try some different scrubs.

Simple Face Wipes 25 pack - I have a terrible habit of using these to 'remove' makeup after a long day so I'm trying to wean myself off using wipes, WPNBA. Only one more pack of wipes in the stash!
  • Thanks for the serum advice I've managed to get hold of a couple of the magazine minis but a lot of places are selling the magazine with no free gift?

As I said p&p doesn't work for me
Sanctuary youth serum is quite nice but more like a light face cream
I don't like the Aldi serum. It's quite heavy

If anyone is using the Clinique serum just to mention I read A Review that you should only use it if you use an SPF as it can cause skin discoloration. I'm not sure if that's true though.
