    Hi All

    Thank you for the list.

I am in this week till Thursday, then off to Dorset for the weekend to visit our friend's daughter.

My main task is to clear the washing and ironing back loads, then just keep everywhere else reasonable, so will be using the lists as a guide but not fully completing them

    Have a good week all
  • Morning everyone. Thanks for the lists D and N.
    Have a good holiday Narco.

Lovely sunny day here - and due to stay the same until 5 pm so we are making the most of it. More gardening and clearing the garage is planned. May have a trip out for potatoes or leave until tomorrow when it is forecast to change!

Pigpen - this is said with love and the best of intentions - but not sure you should be kick-starting your diet on frosties and toast? Your body will just think you are starving it and hang onto what you have.

Going to look into Konmaring today as lots seem to be talking about it.

Have a great day everyone. Hugs sticks and spoons to all needing them. x

Back in the game this week, so thank you Natty for the list and Dusty for last week's. The kitchen really does look better for its spring clean.

Today's personal list is dy$on the whole house and spring clean the dining room. Enough to be going on with, I think.
    Better is good enough.

yep.. I am not dieting, I'm just not going to eat, I refuse. I only have 1 meal a day anyway and toast at lunch if I am ravenous and feeling funny. I am aware my real issue is the sugar in my thousands of cups of tea a day.

I spent a year on toast an cereal and lost next to nothing (2stone 12) I can't exercise, I can't do sw or ww type things so short of wiring my jaw shut I'm stuffed.

For everyones amusement I was looking at a site on 'strengthening core muscles' .. I floated there from a fabletics clothing page my sister shared.. anyway... tut, I can do that I said.. I actually cannot.. then I was stuck laid on the floor in agony (I think I gave myself a hernia!!) laughing like a hysterical loon... things are doomed, I shall have a heart attack or 2 before I am 50 and not see my tiddlies grow up.. I am certain of it.

    Kitchen reswept... gggrrrrr
    cuppa made

Pixie is laid on the sofa!! I think someone may be tired!

The hat is really a baby/toddler pattern but I did it on slightly bigger needles so it's come up big enough to fit a young teen. I enjoyed knitting the scarf, thanks again for sharing the pattern.

I've still not started the one for my mother.. I've lost the bag of yarn for MOL's cardy so can't do that so am knitting a wrap for DD2. I can't begin to imagine where the cardy yarn is.. its really annoying.

I hate it when things like that disappear, it makes you want to do it all the more, and you don't want to get another load as you just know it will turn up once you do!
    Hope it reappears soon.

    :eek:that's one heck of a hike:mad:

I've just hand clipped the bit round the bulbs growing in the lawn, done a bit of weeding, sprinkled what was left of some fish food into the pond as the tadpoles are now swimming round. Washing hung out, I've cleared the winter coats from the downstairs alcove and am going to rehome them upstairs. Sorted through the bags of CS stuff but haven't found what I'm looking for - it must have been donated in the previous batch:mad:
Going to grab a cuppa, hang the coats and put the Cs bags tidy again ready to go next weekend.
