Although I have seriously toyed with the idea of digging out all 100 bulbs (now with eight inch stems) and sending them back to her I may decide to put it down to experience after discovering something about the seller that makes me not want to rattle their cage.........

I feel for you. I only have a small garden with raised beds. I wanted one to be all pink flowers, one to be purple, one to be all blue. Some plants were delivered in the summer heat and arrived on a Saturday at 8pm, so planted them out straight away, orgetting about my colour scheme! Not sure what colours are where anymore.
