Hope everyone is getting prepared for Eurovision night :j yes Igor I know you are ready but do try to control yourself you are getting Hubert too excited and we don't want him having any "accidents" now do we :D

Not for the lack of trying most days, I finally notched upNSD 3 & 4 today and yesterday. Been a long time coming but stuff kept happening to keep my wallet wedged open

It's not called a challenge for nothing.... ;)
I think you started it in April though, didn't you?Maybe you're still working out your rules?
Do you have any 'allowed' spends?A lot of us do,you know.Say,'essentials' ;that could be petrol, bread, milk, prescriptions, travel to work, bills even. After all,it's not like you have a choice in the matter for many of these spends. Some people have grocery budgets (like me) and don't count buying food etc,as long as they're within budget.
I find the challenge helps me most as far as impulse spends go.I terrible for that.
Then some weeks, you're forever having to open your wallet through no fault of your own. :(

As it's you marmite gone on then. I'll raise by another 3

I cannot claim today as a NSD as I have spent by proxy - we went to the pub at lunch time and I had forgotten my purse :o so had to borrow money :(

    Ok,13 it is!Lucky for some. :D

I didn't post yesterday but that was a NSD as is today so now claiming 18 :j:j:j

You are our highest scorer yet this month. :j:j:j
Here, have the dregs from my last bottle of The Old Widow .'sobs'

donna dynamo Igor is making you a large hot toddy. :)

Samiszel I hope that you haven't gone back to work too soon.Well done on capturing #13. :j

fedupandskint looking good with a super #16.

slowlyfading a brilliant #13 yay!

jodles16 hi there, and belated Happy Birthday!
Welld one on grabbing #13. :D

    scotmum #12 duly noted. ;)
What do you mean?Of course the jimmy wig will go with your lovely hotpants....
Honestly.Credit me with some taste. :rotfl::rotfl:

    I bought some food,but it's still within budget,so that's #17 for me. :D

Cheffie and Igor have gone out on a boy's night out to the local,as they need to iron out a few last minute problems, but also want to let their hair down,as the tension is mounting. So,they are hoping to kill two birds.....you've got the picture. :D

Igor is concerned that his macho chest wig might fall off again.Whoever suggested stapling it to him risks Igor's considerable wrath.Remember,he's a wizard with a filleting knife.

They also need to work on their choreography,to avoid the fiasco happening again (when Igor's knee sock suspenders got caught in Cheffie's truss, causing them both to take a spectacular tumble).kerri are you free? :A:A

Meanwhile,Hubert is thrilled with his lovely purple and silver hotpants.A bit tricky getting them on...nappies,spanx and hotpants make for quite a few layers, especially on a big donkey.

Now,have I thought of everything?Let's hope that there's no disaster lurking round the corner...

Let me just brush the tumbleweeds off my diary....yep...free :rotfl: I did think in order avoid anything being caught on anything, we could dress everyone up in morph suits? Nice and slinky and no 'catchables' Knitwitch 99 sparkly morph suits please if you please - for the Eurovision,a couple of all-nighters should cover it, there's a [STRIKE]bottle [/STRIKE]case of Fizzy Widow in it for you :D I'll need a modified shortie version in order to shimmy up / down / round the pole though, as will the rest of the backing dancers. Be a love and cast on / off / whatever it is you do to knit :D:D:D :A

ps I know I'm not strictly taking part in numbers this month, but no spendies for me today

Knit Witch grumbles and reaches for the fine, lycra strengthened yarn and starts knitting - hmm better start with the blue backing costumes!

No, Igor, Knitwitch does not have time to knit a new chest wig for you. You should not have tried shaving whilst still hung over from drinking those ten cases of Old Widow which miraculously appeared from I don't know where and parked themselves in [STRIKE]my[/STRIKE] your room. See if Hubert can donate a bit of his fur.

Yes, Chef, I am sure we can do something about your little problem. Knitwitch! Get your tape measure, Chef needs a new truss, his hernia' s dangling again!

    :kisses3: thanks Knit Witch :D

Well my 'NSD' hasn't quite worked out - I was just ordering OH a new laptop bag from Junglezon and then also ended up ordering myself a new printer cartridge for working from home. Personally think I should be able to expense it but boss says I need to be able to prove the work related printing vs non-work. For £12 for a 550 page printer cartridge I am not sure I have the energy to bother, but still makes me  just hope the printer still works as its been a while since I've used it (because it needed new ink)
