MFW August 2023 - unless I get my butt into gear0 -
What a day! As far as I'm concerned Storm Barney can "do one"! as my DH would say. I've been blown down the orchard, rained on, stuck in the mud in my wellies, had to drive for over an hour to help DH out with something at work, gone shopping, been sneezed on (my personal pet hate) and collapsed with a poorly Tiny on the sofa with a cuppa that went cold as we both nodded off :rotfl:
Thought I better update our totals! Yesterday, partly due to an inadvertent double PAD by Sashanut, was a massive £578.02 :T :T
Some fabulous contributions peeps - November's gonna be a good month! Erme, I agree that some weekends are best forgotten about (Sashanut, you have my sympathy for your flooded cellar too), but result on the CD player. Glad you found time to PAD Kirsty from under the mountain of packing boxes. Ah, I remember it well from the summer (only just recently unpacked the last one...)
Whoo hoo! Bob's back :hello: we've missed you x Has anyone seen MessyBetty recently? She's not returned from being counter upperer in October...honestly Sunshine, it's not that bad LOL
My PAD for today is a mighty £1.97 x0 -

Good morning all - happy hump day!
Yesterday saw us PAD a great £100.33 - good work everyone. Mid month is the toughest time for me, as I have to work out what's yet to be paid and budget accordingly (not that easy when my OH is a spendthrift  ) so sending supporting e-vibes to everyone who needs it x
My contribution today is £50 to the dratted Tesco CC...0 -

Yesterday was another pants day :-(.....but I'll get well soon.....
Bit nervous about music practice at 8.15am (As I was waayyy too tired last night) but sure I'll be fine....the CD player is a gem for £13 (about the same price everywhere) as it didn't say it in the specs online but it can be run off the mainsso next wee treat is to get the tape player via speakers on same route
I know....I be old.... I still have tapes (album for 10p anyone?)
