Whoo hoo for LMD - congratulations on ridding yourself of one pesky debt :j

Jet - £30 a month is a great saving. Definitely something to crow about! I know you have a similar situation to me where your OH isn't so dedicated to debt busting (mine splashed out £80 on a very mediocre BBQ Smokehouse meal for us yesterday (my pulled pork is better ;)) without really thinking) so any saving has to be a good thing. Keep trying hun x

Off to the vets this morning. So will be skint this evening. In defiance, I am double PADding today with £100 please MessyBetty

    Morning all,

Getting to that precarious time of the month pre-payday, so it's a £1.00 to the eSaver that's repaying the overdraft for me.

    Have a good day x x

    Morning all,

I am an old poster, coming back after realising that debt is starting to rule me once again (despite being debt free before :o). Circumstances have meant that I have managed to accrue £2k worth of debt which I would really like gone. I remember this thread being a massive help to me before, so I am back.

Kicking off with £2.00 for today.

This thread really helped me finally get debt free and know it will work for you again....a huge

    WELCOME BACK

Hi everyone, PAD today of £7.76 to balance transfer card

As you may have realised by the lack of posts lately and the tone of some of my posts, things haven't been easy here lately and it has been nigh on impossible to find the extra money to pad. So over the last week or so I have been doing a bit of a Martin's Money Makeover and have managed to get OH's mobile bill down with new phone - still need to flog off old one - move home phone and broadband from Sky and have just triggered off an energy switch via the Cheap Energy Club so, once all the changes filter through, I should be about £30 a month better off. Some people (not on this site!) might not think this is worth it but seeing as I have no hope of a £30 per month payrise it is definitely worth it for me.

Even if this was 2p I'd be over joyed jet....so here for you is what you really wanted for a monday am - a dancing llama :rotfl:banana_smiley_16.gif

Don't mention the weekend.....was awful....and still not 100% sure how to fix everything lappie wise - though think I will go with budget lappie no. 2 (one I have to cancel at 9am )...life and curve balls but just coming on here has bought sanity to my world this am....thankyou and hugs
