That is such good news well done!

On the card front, how many do you have with available credit?

I've got 2 left now to pay off, both with about 3.5 K on each both currently 0% but a portion of one stops being 0% at end of Jan 2016 and will leave me paying interest on about 1K of it, or do I just do a Dave Ramsey and overpay as much as I can on the smallest one and stuff the interest rate ?

I've thought about it, it's been my stupid spending on credit cards that have got me in this mess, I'm going to close the card I've paid off, overpay the one that has the shortest 0% deal left on it and get rid of this debt once and for all.
I've felt like I've been treading water lately but I've just noticed I've now hit the 40% mark paid off after lingering around the 30% figure for what seems like ages.
And I'm almost at 5K paid off the total. And what's more I've even got a bit of an emergency fund on the go.

    Onwards and upwards
As of 24th August 2016 total money owed was
    £15,708

Milky that's a fab milestone, well done! I'd keep the card in the hope of getting a 0% deal, but give the card to someone who can't use it or freeze in a block of ice!

Just seen last weeks total... woo hoo! How do you think the economy would do if the government joined this challenge to service their debts :D

Anyway, today I've just a bank account skim to offer, £2.40 to my EF thank you x
