  • Yeah payday at last :j :j :j :j :j

And my payday pad today is £155.51 and this ladies and gentleman pays off my smallest credit card in full.:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Feels so good to get rid of this card. Now my dilemma is do I keep this card open in the hope of a 0% deal on it to transfer some from another card that the 0% ends in Feb next year or just close it and be done with it :undecided
As of 24th August 2016 total money owed was
    £15,708
  • Good morning fellow PADders :hello:

    Yay! Well done Milky 😊😊
If you think there's a good chance of a 0% deal being offered in the future I personally would keep it but lock it away out of the reach of everyday use!

Congrats again on the card cleared milestone

Diz - Dont get to stressed. What has made the CC higher this month?

My DH carrying on as if we had NO DEBT AT ALL  Seriously, he just buys stuff on impulse and treats his older kids to takeaways and treats when they're with us, like money's no object. I asked him to cut up his cards yesterday as I couldn't keep up with the amount being spent v money available to service the debt. He just said he'd stop spending. Yeah, right! Heard that one before. Anyway......calm thoughts......

£60.00 to debt today please Bob

Milky - I'd keep the card account open, just cut it up so you can't use it IRL out and about. If you haven't had a 0% offer in a few months, then you could decide to close it. Congratulations on paying off the card - must be a great feeling :T

Ah. Yes I can see why that would be extremely tough. It's very unfair if you are trying to clear the debt and he isn't on board with that. Does he often use money to show love for people? It must be hard for him if so. You sound like you have 2 different approaches .

That is such good news well done!

On the card front, how many do you have with available credit?

£2.00 to CC for me today - coming up to payday (next week) so not major payments for me this week I'm afraid, unless I have a lottery win!
