I wrote to Morrisons' CEO when ParkingEye oozed into the car park of my local branch, to let him know why he had lost my custom worth thousands p.a.
When the new CEO took over a few weeks ago he said he wanted to listen to customers, staff etc. as to how to make the business better. So I've written to tell him what he needs to do to get my custom back. I made only one suggestion.Je suis Charlie.0 -

I wonder if it's worth trying to get the proposed ban on issuing council tickets by CCTV extended so that it covers all parking charges. So all of a sudden the business model of Parking Lie's CCTV cameras on entry/exit of car-parks is thrown in the bin. *evil laugh*0
