Chipped-in with a fiver. Wonder when he will hit the magic £6k.

Have shared it on my FB page in case one of my freinds wants to contribute.

I can't believe this. Someone just added £1,000. The total is exceeded.
    It was a corporate donation.

    I can say no more.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Excellent result. I just hope people continue to contribute to provide a real healthy fighting fund.

All done in 24 hours mainly by the 'little man' showing the strength of feeling at large. 'The people' will not go down without a fight.

Now it's tme for the politicians to get behind their electorate - the public's wishes are starting to show through.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just looked and the target has not only been reached, but is now at £6662.

    One anon. donner donated £1,000.

If the fund grows big-enough, then Barry might be able to employ the services of the best Lawyer in the business.

Just tried to add an extra contribution and Paypal won't let me saying "receivers cannot accept payments at this time"

Do you think maybe contributions are suspended now the target has been reached?

Possibly. I'm not sure how indiegogo works. I know that some of the social giving sites shut the donations once they meet their target.

Would be nice to see a new campaign set up to help him fund a Lawyer.
