So why would Parking Eye waive their costs if Beavis loses yet again? It's likely the initial target will be reached, but who will remortgage their house to pay the costs of PE when they win again?

On the small claims track ?

AIUI costs are only awarded on the small claims track if one party behaves unreasonably. Having been given permission to appeal both to the CoA and Supreme Court that is pretty unlikely

  • I'm surprised our friend didn't suggest costs would be in the order of the price of a London suburban semi increasing to those of a detached if not paid within 14 days

Happy to. The help I've had on here is invaluable and the outcome could affect everyone. Best of luck Barry, fair play for sticking with it.

They are glad as well, think how many more wins they will get when they mention the CoA result.

erm...every 'win' costs them £200 for an LPC Law representative.

So the more wins they get, the more money they lose. Have they actually stopped to consider their true position yet?
