urgent zzps debt collector letter

use the ticket number for the latest one and appeal it and it alone (the others would need separate appeals on each number, if you had them)
so THIS PCN (not these)
add the name and address of the person the ticket came to
add the pcn nunber for the ticket he is appealing
add the date
dont worry about the photographs for now (doesnt really matter)
send it to the appeal address on the ticket, with free certificate of posting from the Post Office (dont just stick a stamp on and post it, use the post office with free proof of posting and keep that proof safe)
so put the latest pcn number on , stick to the appeal wording apart from removing the rant part after e)
at the moment you are appealing the one ticket you can appeal, plus doing nothing yet about all the rest0 -
ive just noticed the letter from elite is dated 28/3/215 but the tkt was issued 11/12/14. So is it out of time. They may all be from nov,dec 14, I have no idea! Does this have other implications?0

as its dated 28 march 2015 then send the appeal in asap as normally there is only 28 days to appeal, so needs to be fast on this
can it be done online on their website at all ?
its outside of POFA 2012 so they cannot invoke POFA on this one (so no naming the driver)
if all the other NTK letters arrived more than 56 days later then POFA 2012 does not apply to any of them (meaning they can only chase the driver, if the drivers details were known)
so no naming names0 -
As above, get the appeal off ASAP! Do nothing else. Don't read anything else. Don't worry about anything else. Get that appeal off PRONTO.
Send it online if possible and take a screen shot, and/or send it first class from a Post Office and get a free proof of posting. Do NOT send it recorded delivery. Don't forget the very important proof of postage. Do it tomorrow!I married my cousin. I dont understand because elites letter is addressed to my son with his name on it but you are saying not to put a name on the letter.
So do we just send it off with an address and pcn number only?
Also do the debt collectors record telephone conversations (does anyone know)?0 -
i cant find an email on their website either0
-
we are saying dont name the driver !!
if he is the RK (log book with his name and address on it) then put that on the appeal !
so he is appealing as RK (we neither know nor care if he is or isnt the driver)
the point is not to drop anyone "in it"
very few parking companies allow email appeals
we are telling you to check if he can appeal online on their website (not by email)0 -
Also do the debt collectors record telephone conversations (does anyone know)?
dunno , knowone in there right mind rings those scum!
your task is with the parking co , not toe rag debt collectors

i cant find anywhere to appeal on their website. he is the rk0
