Nice property.
Long-winded details.
Very small kitchen.
First floorplan is a picture, not a floorplan.0 -
My thoughts
Looks nice
Floor plan isn't set up right, starts with picture then has 2 further links, of which one goes to a floor plan. I prefer measurements of the room sizes on the plan.
Confused with garden pics. Why is it showing a picture of what appears to be the next door neighbours tree in one, and their house in another? I can't tell what the garden is like.0 -
As above the floor plan show a picture of the kitchen which was disappointing. However, it is a lovely house.
Have you thought of advertising in horse and hound mag? or on small holding sites.0 -
whoops there is a floor plan as well as picture of kitchen0

Lovely house. As others have said the floor plan link is weird. The kitchen photo implies it is very small, and it is only when one finally gets to the floor plan that it becomes clear it isn't. Can it be photographed from the other end so it is clear it opens out?0

Lovely house, pretty good details - as above, they've got to fix the floorplan thing for you - if I was a casual looker, seeing another house picture when I'd clicked for floorplans would just stop me in my tracks, you might be losing people with that, sadly
The area marked as a study on the floorplan isn't really set out as a study in the pix - its beautiful, all of it, and you can see how it *could* be a study, but its not there just yet.
Not sure where the land is in relation to the house, from the details given ... I know thats an issue for some horse owners.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I'd want to know how "nearby" the paddock is - there are no clues about its actual location in the listing or the schedule.
Might want to mention the land in the headline somewhere?0 -
The photographs need to be retaken with a wide angle lens. That way, they can show more of the room in each photo. The text needs shortening. The photos should do the talking."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0

Floor plan important. As a buyer, I am more interested in pictures and floor plan. A picture is worth a thousand words.
The pictures are well taken imo, not much clutter compared to others on the market. Respectable and clean.
However if you use a fish eye lens to take the photo's it might make the rooms bigger, but to some that maybe cheating, and I for one hate deception. But then that's what floor plans are there for."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Lovely house - well presented - better thought out pictures for the kitchen would show its positives rather than it looking small - confused floorplan ... stove pic - floorplan?
I'd love it - but bit out of my league!0
