God I sound like a mental case now well for the final time Iv tax credits a got a woman that was more helpful explained my situation n she consulted her supervisor she came back to say that I do qualify on them hours she said they added up the hours to give 96 a month and divided by 4 to give 24 a week again iv logged the call they've give me this answer 3 times now so going to settle with it and at least I have plenty of proof if I'm ever checked lol I am currently trying to look for a new job with more hours anyway I think been on the borderline isn't good especially if they raise it again and I'd be in this position again0
