Gosh you were very quick there - managing to post at only three minutes past 1.
Must have been waiting outside the store at opening and obviously got it down to a tee, managing the smallest parsnip you could find no doubt, and managing all the veg. aisle and the sweets. Must have been a very quick shop and the three minutes also cut down by the time taken to check the receipt and to copy and post the result to here, so was even quicker than 3 minutes past 10am.

[1] Don't worry - I was struggling getting between any screens at all with my new laptop, so completely missed it and by the time I finally managed to deal with the cumbersome ways of this website sometimes, I found dm had already opened his 100th thread in a row:rotfl::T.

As regards the rest, especially [2], I know (sadly from personal experience:() about depression and how hard it can be. Do try to relax more though, and I'd glad you are at the moment. I can't believe that, with your MSE skills (far beyond mine), you'd have trouble finding money for bills:(. etc...............

Nice post Savvy, well done mate.

Not really, I did not mean to suggest that. I didn't think there was any chance that that would work and, indeed, it did not, but I also agree with josie's post.

Or not. I know what you mean. But, in other things, I do have somewhat more procrastination than the average person I reckon - I get down to things when they are 'the specialist interest' but have a tendency not to get done and out of the way other tasks. Though I don't rely on this, there is a functioning deficit in executive functioning in Asperger's. People generally could therefore never understand it or experience it from the POV of having Asperger's, as they don't have the condition. It's not too bad, for me, and not a bad position to be in in my view. I reckon that, one day, I will just snap and go "right that's it, do that, done, out of the way" and then I'll have got it done - it will be something (like putting off and never purchasing garden equipment), one day I just will - whatever it is, it will cost me a lot of money:eek: but sometimes, it's just too hard and too much trouble to do it any other way, that sometimes you just bite the bullet and get it done, quickly and straightaway, there and then - finished, done, next! - as it's just too hard to do it any other way. It would be like if my house piles up with rubbish (which it doesn't btw - there is a full and free passage throughout my house, and nothing is there to fall on me unlike some of the hoarders you see extremely on TV - I don't understand how they could get it that bad - well, I do, it's an illness - but never throw anything out. I throw stuff out, like newspapers, election leaflets maybe:D(:rotfl:) all the time) - but, anyway, like if my house were to pile up with rubbish and then, one day, I were just to snap at seeing it all there and just throw the entire lot out! Done, gone, at least the job is done and it's one way of solving such a problem. Which is one that I don't have of that extent as it is hypothetical. In that hypothetical situation, it would be one way that the problem would get solved. And it doesn't matter, as the problem would be solved - it doesn't matter how but as long as it's been solved, then it's done. Job done. Job is a good one.

I think that was the thing with the printer. I'd needed another one for several months, after my previous one went bust. In the meantime, I've been relying on a 'borrowed' one but, when it came to having to get a laptop, I just 'snapped' and bought a printer along with it. It wasn't the most efficient purchase - I had had a £10 voucher from the same store that I totally forgot about and failed to use:( - I remembered immediately after I walked out of the store with the printer (just like when you get on the bus, pay and sit down... and then remember you left your wallet and money at home - I did that once, many years and years ago, always timed recall like that, always the way, I think I completed the journey - I'd bought a return ticket, came back and then just called the whole thing a day for the rest of the day), but was later 'pleased' when I found it had already expired a month ago - anyway, that's it, job done, printer bought, which is all that matters as it was a job done that had been being put off for two or three months and who cares about the tenner - I can afford it, I've got enough money from elsewhere, and it was just too hard (sometimes it just is) to get everything done at the best time or in the right way.

Anyway, I'd better go - instead of spending more and more time perfecting a post on here whilst other things await to be done. See you later people:wave:. (Keep an eye on whether those Curly Wurlys get past the lunch update for me, many TIA!)

I don't understand how did you lose APGs if the order got processed? Or do you mean you never got the APG due from the order where you refused? It seems to have worked for me on the shop I posted earlier. Although I'll have to wait and see if my refund is processed but it always has been within a couple of days previously.

I lost apgs as they subbed my shopping with unsuitable subs which I refused, I paid mostly with apg & they did not put the apg vouchers back onto my account, so if I ever get subs again I won't refuse them I did try fir a refund but gave up after 6 weeks hth
