Same here, I use the myfitness plus app and log every mouthful - yogurt, fruit smoothies and porridge during the day plus the evening meal, few hours in the garden when the weather is good plus my 10k steps and then maybe after all of this effort I might loose 2 pounds in a month :mad:

Lol I don't do any of that but I try and keep active but I find I can't do as much nowadays as I did 10 years ago when I lost 2 St and got to 10 St which was what I weighed when I was 16 :eek:.I don't expect to get to that now but I would like to get down to 11 St instead of the 12 I am now thanks to hormones:mad: good job I'm 5 ft 7.
