Regional / store specific perhaps ?
I've still got £25 minimum spend for CC and HD.lookinforabargain wrote: »Not for me unfortunately. Would have been quite nice if it was!
Evening all
What a shame, I was hoping it was the same for everyone. My ex netto comes from a hub and that's £15 minimum, I just checked my larger store 15 miles away and the minimum is £25. However my HD minimum used to be £40, that's now dropped to £25. Just found this on their website. Not sure if this is new or it's been there a while:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -

Don't think I'm quite ready for a slow cooker yetTo be honest I'm hating all this cooking malarkey
:o and I'm only doing it because I need to keep my kids alive :rotfl:
I'm very bad at being organised at it and planning it and even worse at dealing with the stress that in itself causes
I went to a little Morries whilst at work today for lunch. I realised had nothing sorted for dinner, saw some youngs fish in an end of aisle fridge (aimed at muggles) picked it up and thought.....fish, chips, mushy peas.....sorted. I didn't read the pack and the fish was coated in lemon and black pepper crumby things.
DS2 won't eat at table. I sat down, started eating my fish and oh my it was very lemony! I Knew what was coming next
From upstairs.....
'MUUUUUUUUUUM! What did you do to this fish? It tastes funny and there's black bits on it' He'd reached the dining room by then and slammed it on the table declaring he wasn't eating itThen he said 'this is not good enough Mum. I've had 3 eatable dinners this week and 1 that was only eatable after I took the bad bits off'
Then to make it worse DD said 'don't moan, at least Dad was around to feed you properly most of your life. I grew up eating that stuff'
Feeling inadequate
With you ds2s ability for time keeping I would let him loose in the kitchen and your dd must be able to do a few things.
Seriously I think a large slow cooker would be easier for you. Could make huge batches of bolegnese sauce and use for pasta bakes, lasagne ect.
You can't beat stir fry for being simple but not easy to cook the quantities you need.
My son's step mum gave them each responsibility for dinner one night a week.
forced the boys to cook :rotfl:
Maybe ask dd to cook one night a week, your ds2 will make sure it is edible and gets the kids working together.
I think with cooking the timing is the hardest part to start with.
lots of people here willing to advise on whatever you are trying to do.
If bread in house kids will not starve:rotfl:

Off for an early nite, nite all
My DS2 is friends with his DS they are in school together
I'll be completely honest, I was never a fan. But it's very sad that he leaves 2 young school age kids behind.
His lad is one of the happiest and politest kids I've ever met0 -

on A.com they are showing as £3.98 each or 2 for £4.50 from tomorrow 29th Apr. MSM are just showing the £3.98 and no multi. T's are selling them at £2 ea. So does that mean that if you bought 2 before the 6am update you would get APG of £7.96 v £4 = £4.36 for £4.50 spend???:j
If someone could confirm (or not) please
on msm i see the 2pks for £3 but the balsam menthol 2 pks not showing to me0 -
