    Welcome!

Sorry to hear you are having problems. 100 apgs in a month is going some  or do you mean £100 - the limit is supposed to be 10 shops/£100 in a month. I am not judging as I don't always stick to the limits ;).

Do you mean shop instore or C&C? If instore APG, you don't need to use your real email address/details to claim the voucher and your limit starts again on Friday. For C&C it links your shopping account but again the limit starts again on Friday 1st - or do you really mean you have actually been suspended? I believe some people have managed to get unsuspended, hopefully they will be along shortly.

If you have just hit the limit, both automatically reset on Friday so there would be no need to contact them.

On the shop you were doing when you account got suspended. How much spend was apg and how much on your card. As you should always pay something as your shop does not get processed.
