I'm doing something called the bikini body guide. Tends to be Monday Legs (Burpees, squat jumps etc), Wednesday arms (decline push ups, spider push ups), Friday abs (ab bikes, ab scissors, leg raises etc) I also skip (or jump rope as they Americans call it) for 10 minutes on the weekend, add in extra ab exercises in the week...sometimes a bit of yoga.

Try fitnessblender on YouTube. The workouts are free and pretty good. I'd combine that with running. Don't feel like you need to be perfect though, just make sure you exercise a few times a week
