If it is any help with calculations, Muller discount appears as follows on the receipt when I buy 10:

    Muller Offer 001L -£2.37
    Muller Offer 539L -£0.43

Probably wasting far too much time on this!

EMMAP what exercise program are you doing. My Spartan races are coming up and I haven't done ANY exercise!

How long do you have until you race?

If you don't hate running (like me), I'd start with that to improve your overall fitness. Maybe interval sprints- run for 30 seconds, walk for 30 seconds....repeat.

I'm doing something called the bikini body guide. Tends to be Monday Legs (Burpees, squat jumps etc), Wednesday arms (decline push ups, spider push ups), Friday abs (ab bikes, ab scissors, leg raises etc) I also skip (or jump rope as they Americans call it) for 10 minutes on the weekend, add in extra ab exercises in the week...sometimes a bit of yoga.

Try fitnessblender on YouTube. The workouts are free and pretty good. I'd combine that with running. Don't feel like you need to be perfect though, just make sure you exercise a few times a week :)

Sorry I'm such a bore about this stuff :rotfl:

Thanks for working out what the missing item is Munqui...(I realise now I could have put the barcode into the generator and scanned it on my msm app..Doh!)..I will test this out later today. Just been looking at msm, and if this is an invisible trigger, buying it with Harpic power plus at 1.98A - 1.00T, should, produce an okish, apg....well that's the theory...will pay with a womble, so no drama if it does not work.

Wahoo! it worked. Ok this is not on the same scale as what sfsb, deedee, or Evangeline bring us, but it is something.
The Lime Green Domestos Total blast is an invisible trigger in the 2 for £2 cleaning promo. I bought Harpic Power plus and this compared 1.98 v 99p at M...hope that helps someone.
