OK , not specific advice but, according to the BPA , any tom !!!!!! or harry can issue a ticket , then simply pass this on to the likes of DR+ , who can then act as there agent


this then allows DR+ to get the parkers details , then pass it over to there sister company PCS , who then offer a sham appeal system.


as stated , this fall inline with the BPA code of practice.


perhaps TNS/TNC are partnered up with a company that is a BPA member?

Although AM Parking left the BPA/AOS on 27th February 2015 they were re-instated on the 14th April 2015. The issue was not related to any disciplinary action, but an administrative issue.

As they are still members they are entitled to still use the Logos.

I can take up the issue of the two tickets that you received, if you provide the relevant details.
