From experience, and i have to deal with these clowns weekly, if appeal sent in and they want to chance their arm at popla, they seem to sent the popla code/letter within the week.
If they don't think they have a chance then they seem to just let it go on and on and on. That is, they don't bother replying.

For what it's worth, i always give them a cut off date of 35 days in my 'appeal' to them. No reply within 35 days, they know they can go whistle.

Hi guys,

I received a letter from Smart Parking yesterday. They have cancelled the PCN. They blamed it on a technical error.

Hi I'm new here and can't start a new thread I received a ticket today impulsive visit had no purse (£1) parking refundable at till ran in for a few things got sidetracked by an old friend had I not stood and chatted for 10 mins I'd have been ok returned to car to a ticket do I pay appeal ignore etc .. A friend has said ignore as its private land and not enforceable . I'm going to ring as da tomorrow and speak to manager . I have my receipt that I spent £28.00 .any advice please

THE REG ON MY PCN TICKET ISNT CORRECT ANY ADVICE ???
IM GUESSING THEY MAY HAVE A PICTURE OF MY CAR WITH MY REG ON BUT WHAT TO DO ???
