I'm not a gambling man, but I'd put at least 1 Rand (approx 6 UK pennies - hey big spender) on you sorting this out at first go, especially with parallel grief showered on Savils and Asda.
Well done on getting so genned up and away to go in such a short space of time this afternoon/evening.
Keep us posted. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Before I hit the submit button is it ok to attach the actual appeal letter as a document do you think rather than pasting it in the "reason for appeal" box? The box only allows 3000 characters & apparently the template is more than that.

'As keeper, I further attest that the mother breastfeeding her infant in the vehicle means that the driver and party, including other small children, were covered by the Equality Act 2010. put a small precis in the online box, and add
SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL APPEAL, WITH EVIDENCE ATTACHED TOO
then attach the word doc and the scans0 -
Those who've tried to post >3,000 characters have had problems. An attachment seems to have worked without problem, and unlike a number of their small fry wannabe 'proper' PPCs, ParkingEye don't beggar around saying no attachment received as a way of phillybustering the appeal to avoid going to POPLA.
I'd put a
,000 character synopsis of bullet points in the dialogue box - make sure that Equality Act point is writ-large to make them sit up and take notice, then cross-ref to the attachment. Obviously make sure you actually attach it!
You should get an online receipt, but I'd take screen dumps just to cover your back! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
