For the PE hospital appeal Locus standi won't win at POPLA .
Your best chance is gpeol but
A. You need to get your argument right and rebut Beavis
B. Counter any submissions from PE ( will be interesting to see what they send )
C. Hope POPLA agrees with your argument
Time will tell0 -
So you are appealing a VCS JLA ticket at POPLA ?
This thread is confusing
One ticket one thread0 -

I understand the forum protocol. Was just giving another example of the proliferation of PPC invoices!! I did say in post #50 that my issue is in post #1 and my referral in post #1 to JLA was to give some context to how I had arrived at MSE forums.
Hope that clarifies it a bit
what is Locus standi ?0 -

dga1965, locus standi is a legal term meaning that (in this case), the PPC has the ability to issue court claims on behalf of the landowner.
Some PPCs have this in their contracts, some don't.
Note to regulars: If I've got this wrong, or missed anything, please let me know.0 -
It's always a good idea to give some feedback to those responsible for serving us. Of course, compliments are equally as important as to any concerns you have about your care.
The chief exec is always a good starting point:
The Chief Executive
East Cheshire NHS Trust
Macclesfield District General Hospital
Victoria Road,
Macclesfield,
SK10 3BL
Or email him at John.Wilbraham@nhs.net
I should imagine the clinical director is a busy man, but he is on the executive:
Dr John Hunter - Interim Medical Director
Appointed: September 2000
Current roles and responsibilities
John joined the Trust in September 2000 as a consultant in anaesthetics with a special interest in critical care and was appointed as interim medical director in November 2014. John is leading the development of the Trust’s clinical strategy and is building collaborative partnerships with clinical leads in primary, community and secondary care settings, supporting and developing new models of care.
He's available on 01625 661307
The board are a little lest forthcoming with their contact details, http://www.eastcheshire.nhs.uk/About-The-Trust/Trust-Board/Trust-board.html but can be contacted via fionabaker@nhs.net
They next meet on 28th May 2015 - 2pm, The Lecture Theatre, Macclesfield District General Hospital, Victoria Road, Macclesfield SK10 3BL (Generally you won't have a right of audience, but it's a great avenue to put your feelings across, even if only over a coffee.)
I'm sure the local MP, David Rutley, would welcome comments about the service you receive:
c/o Macclesfield Conservatives
West Bank Road
Macclesfield
Cheshire
SK10 3BT
Telephone: 01625 422848
Email: david.rutley.office@gmail.com
and of course, there is always PALS http://www.eastcheshire.nhs.uk/Patients-Visitors/pals.html

Great News!!!
Spoke to the administrators at Mac Hospital and they have cancelled the 2 PCN's.
I did speak to him about the issue of the elderly and vulnerable who use the Hospital and whilst he didn't confirm or deny anything he did seem exasperated by everything that is going on.
Big Big thanks to all who have contributed advice to me on this thread.0 -
Thanks for the feedback. Hope the contact details are useful for anyone else who has any queries.Illegitimi non carborundum:)0
