You can't resize the picture using MSE or Instagram.

You would need to download the picture to your computer, resize it using Paint or something similar, then upload it again to an image hosting site like Imgur or tinypic

Sorry to ask AGAIN, but now that Instagram has updated, i cant find the jpg code again, as it's not in the same place...any idea where i find it now?

Edit the BBcode tags by adding height and width attributes using the advanced button:

Edit, doesn't look like the board supports size tag attributes so discard advice.
