Can i post a photo from Instagram to one of my posts?

For Google Chrome it's a bit more complicated. You need to right click and choose "Inspect element". Then some fancy code will show up, including a URL ending in".jpg". Copy that URL and it will be the direct link to the image which you can use on MSE.

You're almost there! That's the right URL.

Click the image icon and then paste the URL in the box that pops up.

You can just log into the Instagram website, go to your profile, select an image and copy the URL for the image you want to post.

Alternatively, in the app, you can get the URL of an image by tapping on the menu button in the bottom right corner under the comments section and tapping Copy Share URL. This copies the URL to an internal clipboard that you can paste wherever you want (for Android, may be a slightly different process for iPhone).
