Yes I heard that Ash, I have rang got given another number to call as she could see its been stuck at pending but couldn't answer why she asked if I had requested the repayment and put correct bank info in etc

I received an email on 27th saying it was in check draft and should be issued in next few days! But reading previous posts people have said there are only two days that payments are processed on! Do you know what these are? As its says date as yesterday's date on the website as they are a day behind so its still pending as of yesterday!! Did return on 8th got caught up in system errors but now they saying its in check draft does anyone know what this means??!! And how long it roughly takes to get processed after this

Same here I also got cut off my WiFi cos the bill is due now sorry I couldn't reply yesterday but like I say I got hung up on before I got to speak to anyone so as far as I know I'm under security checks, still pending as of 28th April since then 7th

Haha nope afraid not, however much I'd like to be, it's actually gettin me down now, I'm late on Nemours bill because I can't get to work because of lack of funds, didn't help having a gap between jobs but now waiting on this has crippled me, I don't think I can even give that number a call without it costing a bomb in a phonebox (phones been cut off too!) Hopefully I get a local job come up cos it's looking like we've been forgotten about Sammy, in the security check black hole it seams. Still pending tho from today.
