Just logged on again at says Navigation errors... and says return 0%complete I refresh pay and all ok, I think my returns got caught in the system errors gonna ring them now


submitted 13th still pending

They have said so many different things, but mainly security checks

Been told if you ring and tell them people have received that have done return after you and that your financial hardship needing the money for work commitments they speak with someone and do a immediate security check. Going to try it now .

Wow ive just rung them and said all that and they put me on hold for 10 mins and came back and said ive cleared security checks and the money is been processed
