Right guys spoke to them again today they have now said they have had updates to there software and its caused problems they didnt expect normal service should be resuming from today they have sorted this issue apparantly so hopefully we may get it this week .i wont hold my breath though

Just hope they don't deal with ppl who submit today first and forgot about us in the queue for a fortnight

Hi I've just rang them got through straight away they said all the people who requested payments on the 7th are been security checked and should be with us the the next 10-14 days plus the computer software as been updated and will be running smoothly from 2day

I just called and was told "it should be with you within a week", exactly what I was told a week ago. When I mentioned that, I was told that if it isn't in by Friday then I should call and they will start a referral.....very unhelpful.

Well if they're checking every submission on the 7th it will take them weeks as that's when the majority were done on the 1st working day after Easter (Tue 7th)
